Refund & Returns

Food safety comes first. That means unopened snacks are not automatically returnable just because cravings changed.

What cannot be returned

Because our products are food and may be perishable or tampered with after delivery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, an incorrect item ordered by the customer, opened packs, or products stored against label instructions.

What we will fix

  • A wrong item was delivered.
  • An item is missing from the parcel.
  • The sealed product arrived materially damaged, leaking, contaminated, or past its declared date.
  • The parcel was confirmed lost by the delivery partner.

Tell us within 48 hours

Email hello@fatso.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the outer parcel, shipping label, affected product, batch/date label, and damage. Keep the item and packaging until we respond.

Resolution

After verification, we may replace the affected item, issue store credit, or refund its price and proportionate delivery charge. Availability, food safety, and the facts of the case determine the remedy. This does not limit rights available under Indian consumer law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We initiate them promptly; banks and payment providers commonly take 5–10 business days to display the credit. COD refunds, where offered, require verified bank or UPI details through a secure support process.

Cancellation

Ask to cancel as soon as possible. We can cancel only before packing or dispatch. Once the parcel is moving, the food-return restrictions above apply.
